This home was custom designed for a client in Africa. They had special requirements for the evenings as the climate is intense during the day. Some of the home owners will actually sleep on the roof over night! This client came to us with some specific design criteria and we were able to meet and exceed their expectations.

Canadiana
This R2000 custom designed home was manufactured in 2007 and finished in our Hybrid timber finish. This energy efficient home scored in the top five energy efficient homes in Canada with an air exchange of 0.71 ACH. This client wanted an extremely energy efficient home but wanted the allure of a log home. Keeping both issues top of mind, our design team was able to produce the dream home the client wanted, saving them money now and every year. This home costs aprox $900 to heat and cool per year.
